Sensational weekend ahead with a high level final table at the Peña Vitoriana

Vitoria-Gasteiz, July 21, 2023.– On the sixth day of the ARABA WORLD TENNIS TOUR FEMENINO Open Grupo Amutio held at the Peña Vitoriana Tennis Club, the quarterfinals of the singles competition and the doubles semi-final have been played.
Great players such as the 2022 tournament champion, the French Jessika Ponchet, the current US Open Junior champion Alexandra Eala, the young Ukrainian Daria Snigur, who at 21 years old has already won 6 ITF tournaments and the Chinese Zhuoxuan Bai with 10 ITF titles at 20 years old, have managed to qualify for a semifinal that promises not to disappoint in quality and attractiveness. With a high level of tennis shown by all the players, the quarterfinals have been developed, where the public has been able to enjoy entertaining matches, great shots and a pleasant climate. As last year in the semifinals, Jessika Ponchet and Alexandra Eala will face each other, while Daria Snigur will play against Zhuoxuan Bai.
In the doubles draw, the favorites and top seeds have qualified, the British players coming from Wimbledon, Olivia Nicholls and Alicia Barnett, who will play the final against the surprise of the draw, the couple composed by the French Estelle Cascino and the Latvian Diana Marcinkevica, being this their debut tournament as a doubles couple.
